Welcome to Game On Charters. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Game On Charters‘s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term Game On Charters or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. 

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Charter T & C:

• Game On Charters reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control including not reaching minimum daily passenger numbers, weather conditions. In such cases we will offer you to tour on the next available tour or suggest an alternative tour of equal value or a full refund where neither option can be met. (please note booking administration fees are non refundable)
• A confirmation text will be sent out to the mobile listed on the booking the day before your tour advising of departure times, location, and skipper contact details.
• Departure Times and locations of Game On Charters are subject to change at short notice.
• By booking a charter & boarding the vessel you accept the terms and conditions and that it is a binding contract for yourself and the other people you have booked and paid to participate on our cruise.
• The person who books and confirms a group tour is responsible for ensuring all his guests comply with these terms & conditions.
• We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours.
• casual dress is a requirement of coming on board a Game On Charters charter cruise. 
• At all times during the charter the passengers must adhere to all of the safety instructions given by staff to the passengers, prior to departure & during a cruise.
• Life jackets must be worn when departing the berth whilst the vessel transits over the sandbar outward bound and inward bound and if directed by the crew and master on there discretion at any time. Staff may also dictate whether or not the passengers will need to remain wearing the lifejacket during the tour. Other reasons may be weather elderly or young passengers.
• Guests who are consuming alcohol on a charter must be 18+ years of age and should not be under the influence of alcohol prior to joining the charter.
• Intoxicated persons &/or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated onboard and Game On Charters staff have the right to cut off any persons from consuming alcohol throughout the day.  Early termination of the charter will be a consequence of failure to adhere to our requests. The vessel will return to port & authorities called if necessary and a zero refund policy will be applied.
• Any damage or loss of fishing rods, reels or equipment must be replaced by the person responsible for the group booking.Depending on the set up any damage incurred will be charged at replacement cost of damaged components, loss will be at full replacement cost as listed. Reef fishing combo $700, Game fishing combo $1700, Electric deep drop combo $2200                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
• Any additional cleaning of the vessel required during or after the tour will incur a $200 cleaning fee which will be charged to the guest credit card used to pay for/secure the booking.
• Game On Charters take no responsibility for any goods or possessions left on the vessel at the end of the day. If items are left & are requested to be sent via post; postage is at clients cost.
• Hens and Bucks groups will only be accepted as Private Charters where a specific booking of that nature is confirmed. Game On Charters staff have the right to refuse guests that book such groups without prior warning.

Confirmation & Cancellations of Cruise

Tour – half or full day, scenic or night tour:

• By providing your credit card details to confirm your seats with Game On Charters, you are confirming your group numbers.
• We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice with regards to cancellations or change in numbers or a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
• Any cancellations outside of the cancellation period will be liable for a 10% administration fee of the total booking.
• NO REFUND for cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of booked date of departure.
• If your group numbers change and you do not notify us prior to pick up, you will be liable to pay for all guests booked on the tour with the credit card details you have provided and no refunds will be given.

Private Charter Cruise:

• To secure a private charter booking, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required.
• 7 days’ notice must be given for cancellations or a 100% cancellation fee may apply*.
• Any cancellations outside of the cancellation period will be liable for an additional 10% administration fee of the total booking.

* If we are able to re-book the seats which have been cancelled prior to the tour beginning, the cancellation fee will not apply, however an administrative fee of 10% may apply.

Gift Certificate:

Certificates purchased will be for dollar value not for specific charter or trip and must be used within 12 months of the original purchase of the gift certificate. (please note gift certificates are non refundable)
